Where we ship

Masa Store ships to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.

Shipping cost

Every US order ships free, with tracking. Nothing is added after you pay. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with your tracking link once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive in 3–20 business days, depending on which warehouse ships your item:

Items shipped from our US warehouses: usually 2–7 business days after shipping.
Items shipped from our international warehouses: usually 9–15 business days after shipping.

The estimate for each item is shown on its product page. Delivery times are carrier estimates and can be longer during holidays or bad weather. If we can't ship your order in the time we promised, we'll email you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Multiple packages

Our products ship from different warehouses, so one order may arrive in more than one package, on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email us at info@masa-home.store and we'll look into it.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, or a package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the problem. After we review the evidence, we'll send a replacement or a refund — you won't need to send the item back. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before the order ships, but not after. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reship it at the customer's cost.
